Refund Policy

1. Our philosophy

At Levoron we want you to be satisfied with the Service. If not, we want to know and find a solution. This policy describes the conditions under which we process refunds for paid subscriptions.

2. Free trial period

Levoron offers a free plan (Free) with no time limit that lets you try the platform's main features before subscribing to a paid plan. We recommend using the free plan to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

3. Refunds — Monthly subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund within 14 days after the first charge of each new subscription, provided that:

  • It is the first subscription to the plan (does not apply to renewals)
  • The request is made within 14 days of the charge
  • No more than 10 quotes or documents have been generated during that period

Automatic monthly renewals are not refundable, except in case of a technical error on our part.

4. Refunds — Annual subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer:

  • Full refund within 30 days after the first annual charge, if the request meets the conditions of point 3.
  • Prorated refund for unused months if you cancel after 30 days and before 6 months of the annual cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the first 6 months of the annual cycle.

5. Cases where we always refund

Regardless of the period or previous conditions, we process immediate refunds in the following cases:

  • Double charge or duplicate charge due to technical error
  • Incorrect charge (amount or plan different from the one contracted)
  • Service unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours for reasons attributable to Levoron
  • Unintentional cancellation due to platform technical error

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send us an email to soporte@levoron.com with the subject "Refund request" and include:

  • The email associated with your account
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • The reason for the request

We respond within 2 business days.

7. Refund processing

Once the request is approved, the refund is processed through the same payment method used in the purchase. Crediting times depend on the payment processor:

  • Paddle (international payments): 5–10 business days
  • MercadoPago (Argentina): 3–7 business days

8. Cancellation without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the platform. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and no future charges will be made.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
