1.Acceptance of terms
Welcome to Levoron (“the Service”). By creating an account or using any part of the system you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms govern the relationship between you (the agency or individual user) and the operator of the Service. The travel activity you conduct with your end clients is NOT governed by this document — it is your sole responsibility.
2.Service
Levoron is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed for travel agencies. It provides tools for quoting, customer management, files, payments, communication, and AI-assisted marketing.
The Service is offered “as-is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3.Account and use
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- The data you upload (clients, providers, prices) belongs to you: you warrant that you have the right to process it.
- You may not attempt to compromise the security of the Service, reverse-engineer it, or resell access.
4.Plans and payments
The Service is offered in different plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business). Prices and caps for each plan are published at /dashboard/subscription.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (MercadoPago, PayPal). We do not store card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Payments are NOT refundable, except as required by the laws of your country.
- If you change plans, the change applies in the next cycle; usage caps for the current month are maintained.
- Discount coupons may have usage, validity and plan restrictions — the coupon is only valid under those rules.
5.Data and ownership
- The data you upload remains yours. You can export it or request its deletion at any time.
- We maintain automatic backups. The retention policy is detailed in the Privacy policy.
- If the account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may archive the data after email notification.
- Contributions to shared databases (e.g., “suggest hotel”) are freely available within the Service to all agencies.
6.Artificial Intelligence
The Service includes features that generate text and suggestions using third-party AI models (Anthropic). Generated content must be reviewed by you before being sent to clients. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Your input (offer data) may be sent to the AI provider solely for the purpose of generating the response. It is not used to train models.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total accumulated liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8.Cancellation and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- There are unpaid subscription charges.
- We detect abuse of the system or shared resources (AI, storage).
You can cancel your account anytime from Settings.
9.Modifications
We may modify these Terms. We will notify significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date implies your acceptance.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Service operator is incorporated. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
