Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your settings panel. The change applies immediately and the charge is prorated.
What happens when the launch period ends?
If you subscribe during the launch offer, you keep the reduced price. New subscribers will pay the regular price starting January 2027.
What payment methods are available?
For customers in Argentina we accept MercadoPago (cards, debit, transfer). For the rest of the world we process via Paddle, which accepts international credit/debit cards.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored encrypted in Supabase with TLS in transit and AES at rest. We never share or sell your data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with no penalties. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period and no future charges are made.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of the first charge for monthly plans and 30 days for annual plans. See our refund policy for details.
